DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's soccer program has announced the signing of junior forward/midfielder Arturo McConnochie (Watchung, N.J.).
"Arturo is an exciting winger coming to us from Monmouth University, and a semester abroad in Spain," said head coach Rich Weinrebe. "He can play on the left or right, has a strong technical foundation, can take players on 1v1 and has shown the ability to excel at the Division 1 level. We are excited that he chose UNH to be his home for the next two years and look forward to integrating another high-end attacking player into our team."
McConnochie spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons as a member of the men's soccer team at Monmouth. As a freshman in 2023 he totaled three goals and one assist for seven points as he was selected to the All-CAA Rookie Team and earned CAA Rookie of the Week accolades twice. The Hawks won the 2023 CAA regular season championship.
McConnochie has played for several club teams which have included New York Red Bulls (2018-19), PDA (2019-2022), Universidad Catolica, San Luis de Quillota (2022-2023), Real Central NJ (2024), Eture FC (2025) and Delaware FC (2025). PDA was a MLS Next Finalist in 2021.
