- Trailing 9-8 with five minutes remaining, the Wildcats closed the game on a 3-0 run to rally for the victory.
- On a free position from the top of the fan, Carly Wooters ripped a shot inside the right post to tie the score, 9-9, at 4:57.
- Blanding gave UNH its third lead of the game, 10-9, at 3:20 when she charged from 12 meters on the left wing and blasted a shot under the crossbar.
- Blanding split a pair of defenders low on the left side to advance to the top of the crease, where she sidearmed a shot inside the right post for an 11-9 lead with 56 seconds remaining.

- Senior goalkeeper Kate Clancy has started all 46 games the past four years and no other goalie saw action in 2017. Sophomore goalie Amanda Gottlieb has come off the bench in 5 of 8 games this season.
- In consecutive games against Dartmouth College and Central Connecticut State University (Feb. 21 & 24), the tandem saw even playing time with Clancy playing the first half and Gottlieb the second.
- That pattern was short-lived, however, as Clancy played all 60 minutes Feb. 28 vs. UConn and made a season-high 12 saves. The platoon system returned the next game vs. Fairfield.

- Harvard University scored seven consecutive goals spanning 23 minutes in the second half to record a 14-5 victory at Jordan Field (Feb. 17).
- The Crimson built a 6-1 lead at 12:06 of the first half, but New Hampshire closed within 7-3 and struck first in the second half to trim the deficit to 7-4.
- Harvard answered 16 seconds later, however, and gradually pulled away.
- Anna Vogt scored three goals to match her career high that she established in the season opener vs. Sacred Heart.

- Hartford is a first year program that has joined the America East conference.
- The Hawks are coming off a 23-5 loss at Albany last Saturday, and are 1-6.
- Hartford is averaging 6.29 goals per game and 19.1 shots per game while allowing 16.86 goals per game and 33.6 shots per game.
- Junior midfielder Billy McLaughlin leads the team in goals (10) and points (16), as well as shots (27); she is second in assists (six).
- Freshman midfielder Debbie Phillips is second on the team in goals (eight), points (13) and shots (21).
- Freshman midfielder Kaitlyn D'Andrea leads the team in ground balls (15) and draw controls (37). She also ranks second in shots on goal (16) and is tied for fourth in goals (five).
