Giovino’s Game-Winning Goal Lifts UNH Over Binghamton

VESTAL, N.Y. - Graduate forward Ally Giovino (Westford, Mass.) netted the game-winning goal to propel the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Binghamton on Sunday afternoon at Bearcats Sports Complex.
Redshirt junior captain Sally Rainey (West Lebanon, N.H.) recorded one save for the clean sheet.
Binghamton goalkeeper Kaitlyn Williams was credited with three saves.
The Wildcats improve to 7-2-1 on the season and 2-0-0 in the America East, while the Bearcats fall to 3-5-2 overall and 0-2-0 in conference play.
