THE MATCHUP
UNH has a 14-23 lifetime record against former conference rival Boston University. The Wildcats and Terriers have split the matchups since BU left the America East conference in 2013 with each team winning at home. UNH has won two out of the last three and three out of last five matchups against BU. New Hampshire has had recent success at home by winning the last three matchups in Durham. The 'Cats have not won at BU since 2004, when they won 7-6.

The most recent matchup was a 9-8 overtime victory for UNH at home last April. New Hampshire opened the game with a 2-0 run before BU scored its first goal of the game. The Terriers eventually tied the game at 3-3 before the Wildcats scored four straight to take a 7-3 lead. BU battled back to tie the game at 8-8 with two-and-a-half minutes to play. The game went in to overtime, where Rachael Nock scored the game winner on a player-up goal with 3:23 left in the overtime period.

Senior captains Laura McHoul and Nicole Grote both attained a century milestone in the April 9 home game against Vermont. McHoul became the sixth player in program history to record 200 career points with the second of her six points, and Grote reached the 100-point milestone with the second of her four points.

McHoul entered that game with 198 career points and tallied an assist on each of UNH's first two goals to get to 200 five minutes into the game. She has 76 goals and a school-record 128 assists for 204 points.

Grote entered last Saturday's game vs. UVM with 98 career points and scored goals at 25:13 and 14:38 of the first half to reach 100 career points. She has 62 goals and 40 assists for 104 points.

THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
UNH has won three consecutive games and 4 of 5 to improve to 6-6 overall. The Wildcats are 3-0 in America East and 2-4 on the road (1-4 in non-conference road games). The one non-conference road win was March 16 at Monmouth University (9-7).

Laura McHoul climbed into a tie for fourth place on UNH's career points leaderboard with her six-point effort against Vermont on April 9. McHoul entered that game at No. 6 with 198 points, recorded her 200th career point, tied Sarah Von Bargen (203) and then tied Jessie Groszkowski (204) at No. 4 on the program's career leaderboard.

Laura McHoul entered the 2016 season already as UNH's record holder for career assists with 102; she supplanted Karen Geromini, who tallied 101 assists, as the record holder last season. McHoul increased this season's total to 26 with her four-assist effort this past Saturday vs. Vermont.

McHoul holds three of the program's top 10 single-season assist marks. She broke New Hampshire's single-season assist record with 39 in the 2014 season. She also holds No. 3 with 33 in 2013, No. 5 with 30 in 2015.

NOTABLE NUMBERS vs. VERMONT (April 9)
UNH utilized two first half runs of 3-0 and a 4-1 second-half spurt to defeat the University of Vermont, 12-9, under the lights at Cowell Stadium on April 9.

After falling behind 1-0 just 39 seconds into the game, UNH scored the next three goals – in a span of 2 minutes, 30 seconds – and held the lead the last 54:23 of the game.

The Wildcats outscored the Catamounts 3-0 the final 15 minutes of the first half to extend the advantage to 6-2 heading into halftime.
