Jordan Reed, a senior from Lucas, Texas, recorded averages of 15.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 37.5 minutes per game in two games last week for the UNH men's basketball team, which lost 72-62 at UMass Lowell (Feb. 6) and 68-61 to Binghamton (Feb. 9).
Jordan nearly recorded his first career double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds in 35 minutes at UML. The nine rebounds matches his career high.
The 6-foot, 190-pound guard then scored a team-high 19 points against Binghamton. He also tallied four rebounds two assists and a steal in playing all 40 minutes. Jordan made 6 of 15 field goals attempts and was a perfect 4 of 4 from the foul line.
Jordan leads the Wildcats in nine statistics, including scoring (10.6 ppg), field goals made, 3-pointers made, steals and minutes per game.
The UNH men's basketball team returns to action Feb. 13 (7 p.m.) at Vermont. The Wildcats' next home game is Alumni Day on Feb. 16 (1 p.m.) against Stony Brook;
