COACH'S QUIPS (UNH head coach Kacie Lewis)
- Today was a complete team win. I'm really proud of the composure they had from the first draw through the end of overtime. This team fights hard and really we're just having a good time. I think the sideline is the best example of that.
- Mackenzie MacEachern was a huge offensive presence for us despite being face guarded and Delaney Pratt executed with 20 seconds left on the OT clock to get us the win.
- The majority of our sets today started on the defensive end and without our defense being so dependable, the outcome would have looked a lot different.
- Maria Hagan played out of her mind in cage and I couldn't be more proud of her performance.
- This is a special group and now they know how to win in pressure situations.
