GAME RECAP

- Hofstra quickly took a 1-0 lead on Lenaghan's goal 51 seconds into the game.
- The Wildcats responded with four consecutive goals in a five-minute span to build a 4-1 lead.
- Wooters ignited the run with a free-position goal at 25:07, then Schafter gave the 'Cats a 2-1 lead at 23:23. Gurello scored consecutive goals at 21:12 and 19:42, but the home team was held scoreless the rest of the half.
- The Pride closed the first half on a 9-0 run that started on Conto's goal at 18:12. Conto scored all of her goals in this spurt; her other strikes were at 12:25, 10:35 and 6:58.
- The goal at 6:58 was the first of three Hofstra goals in 45 seconds as the visitors suddenly led 9-4 at 6:13.
- Parrella, the reigning CAA Rookie of the Week, netted her second goal of the run at 3:30 to send Hofstra into halftime with a 10-4 advantage.
- New Hampshire came out firing in the second half and trimmed the deficit to 11-8.

- Following Hofstra's player-up goal by Carlee Ancona at 21:32, Anna Vogt (Stratham, N.H.) scored her first career goal at 20:27 and Devon Croke (Norwell, Mass.) struck at 18:59 to advance the score to 11-8.
- Neither team scored for more than seven minutes, then Parrella ripped a free-position shot from the left side into the upper-right corner to give the Pride a 12-8 lead at 11:52.
- Wooters made it a three-goal game once again, 12-9, at 6:26 and she won the ensuing draw control, but the 'Cats lost possession. At the other end of the field, Clancy denied Tessa Sinatro, but Hofstra retained possession and Sinatro set up Lenaghan's goal at 4:48 to reestablish a four-goal cushion.
- UNH won the following draw control, but once again committed a turnover. Clancy kept the 'Cats within striking distance with saves against Conto and Parrella.
- The Wildcats called time out at 1:59 and, 50 seconds later, Gurello's free-position shot was blocked and sailed high. UNH kept the ball, but then lost it with 58 seconds remaining.
