- UNH has 46-19-5 lifetime record against Boston College, but the Eagles have won 10 consecutive games in the series and that includes a 4-1 win at the Whittemore Center last month; the game was closer than the final three-goal margin.

- Freshman defenseman Tori Howran (Bancroft, Ontario) recorded her first career point with an assist vs. UConn on Nov. 6.
- Freshman forward Meghara McManus (Milton, Mass.) registered her first career multiple-point game with a goal and assist at Providence.
- Junior forward Carlee Toews (Graind Prairie, Alberta) matched her career high of two points with a goal and assist at PC.
- Junior forward Ali Praus (Long Lake, Minn.) scored her first goal of the season – second of her career – at PC.
- Sophomore goaltender Kyra Smith (Littleton, Colo.) stopped 24 of 26 shots (.923 save percentage) in the 2-1 overtime loss to UConn.
Killin' It
- New Hampshire's stretch of consecutive successful penalty kills ended at 27 when UConn scored on its second power play of the game on Nov. 6.
- The Wildcats had been perfect the previous four games (24-for-24).
- UNH's PK is 54-for-58 overall and that .931 percentage ranks third in the country; North Dakota is No. 1 (.957) and Wisconsin is No. 2 (.938).

- Jonna Curtis recorded her 75th career point when she scored her sixth goal of the season – 39th of her career – Saturday at PC.
- Curtis enters Friday's game against Boston College with 77 points (40g, 37a) in 98 career games. Saturday's game at BC will be the 100th of her career.

- Seven of UNH's first eight games were against nationally-ranked teams.

Platoon System
- Sophomore goaltenders Kyra Smith and Hilary Cashin have alternated starts. Last weekend, Cashin started Saturday at PC and Smith was between the pipes Sunday against UConn.
- Smith made 32 or more saves each of her first five games, and that included a career-high 38 saves in the season-opening 4-2 loss at No 8 Colgate and 36 saves at No. 9 Boston University. In five games, she has a 3.00 GAA and .916 save percentage with a 1-5-0 record.
- Cashin, who saw limited action in three games last season, has a 2.62 GAA and .909 save percentage with a 2-3-0 record. In addition to her career-high 41 saves Oct. 23 vs. Clarkson, she made 32 saves (on 35 shots) in her first game of the season, a 3-1 loss at eighth-ranked Colgate (Oct. 2).
- Cashin made 21 saves vs. Merrimack to earn her first career win Oct. 15

- Sophomore Jenna Rheault (Deering, N.H.) has blocked a team-high 20 shots, followed by junior Amy Schlagel (Blaine, Minn.) with 17.

- UNH has outscored the opposition 9-6 in the first period; however, the Wildcats have been outscored 17-6 in the third period.

- New Hampshire has a 3-2-0 record when scoring the game's first goal, and the 'Cats are winless the six games they have fallen behind 1-0.
Scouting the Eagles
- No. 6/7 Boston College (Chestnut Hill, Mass.) enters the weekend with a 7-3-2 record that includes 3-3-1 on the road and 2-2-0 in Hockey East.
- The Eagles are coming off last Saturday's 5-3 loss at Boston University that ended their four-game winning streak and five-game unbeaten streak.
- BC took a 2-0 lead into the third period and led 3-1 before the Terriers scored three goals in five minutes and added an empty-net goal in the closing seconds.
- Freshman forward Caitrin Lonergan leads BC in goals (eight) and points (15), while sophomore forward Makenna Newkirk leads in assists with eight.
