Chris Miller, a senior from Windham, N.H., scored a career-high two goals to help the UNH men's hockey team build a 4-2 lead in Game 1 of the Hockey East quarterfinal series at No. 2 UMass, but the Minutemen rallied to win that March 15 game in overtime and swept the series one night later to end UNH's season.
Chris' first goal of the game extended the Wildcats' lead to 3-0 at 12:30 of the second period. He struck again at 5:18 of the final frame to give the 'Cats a 4-2 lead.
Chris finished the game with three shots and a +1 rating.
In his last game as a UNH Wildcat, Chris tallied two shots and won 4 of 9 faceoffs.
