Taylor Wenczkowski, a junior from Rochester, N.H., tallied four total points on two goals and two assists in a weekend where UNH swept Hockey East foe Merrimack, 3-2 on Friday and 4-3 on Saturday. Wenczkowski notched a goal and an assist in each game, as the Wildcats extended their unbeaten streak to five games.
On Saturday, Wenczkowski potted the game-winner just 28 seconds into overtime, giving the Wildcats their third straight win.
New Hampshire faces Dartmouth in Hanover, N.H. on Tuesday, before wrapping up the first half of the season hosting Harvard on Saturday, December 8 at the Whittemore Center.
