Carly Young joined the UNH women’s lacrosse program as an assistant coach in October 2023. Young was a four-year letterwinner at Iona College, where she graduated with a Criminal Justice degree in 2022.
In her four years at Iona, Young started in 49 of 50 games played and was an All-MAAC Second Team selection as a senior.
Young was the girls lacrosse head coach at Kimball Union Academy in the 2022-23 academic year; she also served as assistant director of development in her year there.
Young also currently oversees the leadership and development of the girls team in the 4Leaf Lacrosse Club in New England.
Young is a native of Derry, N.H. who was a standout at Pinkerton Academy. She was named a Top 10 Standout at IL Women’s Under Armour Combine and was an All-State First Team honoree in addition to being named to the Brine New England Class of 2018 and Brine All-Star Team.
