Amber Clarke Named America East Rookie of the Week

Clarke posted one goal and one assist for three points
BOSTON – Freshman forward Amber Clarke (Cato, N.Y.) of the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team has been named the America East Rookie of the Week. This is Clarke's first career America East weekly award.
Clarke posted one goal and one assist for three points as the Wildcats defeated Merrimack, 4-3, on Sept. 3. She assisted on UNH's third goal of the game for her first collegiate point and then scored the game winner for her first collegiate goal.
UNH (1-2-3 overall) went 1-0-1 on the week as the Wildcats ended Stony Brook's four-game winning streak with a 2-2 tie on Sept. 7. The 'Cats return to action on Sunday, Sept. 14 at Harvard at 1 p.m. on ESPN+.
