Bike, Blackley, El Shakery, Emuobor, Graham, Kennedy, Robinson, Squire, Xanthopoulos Join Wildcats
DURHAM, N.H. – University of New Hampshire third-year men's basketball head coach Nathan Davis announced the signings of nine student-athletes for the 2025-26 season.
Guard Tyler Bike (Merrimack, N.H.), guard Myles Blackley (Summit, N.J.), forward Belal El Shakery (Alexandria, Egypt/Wofford), guard Comeh Emuobor (Raleigh, N.C./Iona), guard Jack Graham (Smithfield, R.I./Richmond), guard R.J. Kennedy (Fayetteville, Ga./UAB), guard KiJan Robinson (Apopka, Fla./Hofstra), forward John Squire (Sausalito, Calif./CCSF/Pepperdine) and forward/center Giannos Xanthopoulos (Zografou, Greece) are the newest members of the Wildcats.

Tyler Bike is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound guard from Merrimack, N.H., who played two seasons at Phillips Exeter Academy following a standout career at Trinity High School (Manchester, N.H.). In 2024-25, Bike captained Phillips Exeter to the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class A championship, and he was a two-time member of the All-NEPSAC Class A Team. As a junior at Trinity in 2022-23, Bike averaged 25.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.5 steals and was named the New Hampshire Gatorade Player of the Year while earning his second straight berth on the NHIAA Division I All-State First Team. As a sophomore (2021-22), Bike secured the game-clinching steal that allowed the Pioneers to win the D-I state championship at Lundholm Gym. Bike's mother Stephane Schubert was a four-year letterwinner on the UNH women's basketball team from 1994-98.

"Tyler is a true point guard who excels in transition. He sees the floor and can make shots. He has always made those around him better through his competitiveness, decision-making and leadership."
Myles Blackley is a 6-foot-4, 170-pound guard from Summit, N.J., who averaged 16.1 points, including seven 20-plus point games, for Immaculate High School in Montclair, N.J. last season. Blackley was a 1,000-point scorer who tallied a season-high 28 points in a one-point win against Payne Tech on Dec. 16 and scored 20 points to lead the fifth-seeded Lions to a 60-57 win over 12th-seeded Bloomfield in the first round of the Essex County Tournament.

"Myles is a versatile perimeter player who can shoot the ball and attack off the dribble. His athleticism will allow him to defend multiple positions."
Belal El Shakery is a 6-foot-8, 230-pound forward who originally hails from Alexandria, Egypt. Last season at Wofford, El Shakery averaged 3.3 points and 4.1 rebounds in eight games. He registered season-highs of 11 points and 12 rebounds in the season-opener versus Erskine on Nov. 4. El Shakery, a 2023-24 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll member, averaged 15.0 points, 10.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists in his one season (2022-23) at The Winchendon School (Mass.) for a Wapiti team that went 20-5. As a member of the Egyptian National Team program, he played for his native country in the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup.

"Belal will bring skill and physicality to our front court. He will play both the 4 and the 5 for us. He will be a tremendous addition to our program, on and off the court."
Comeh Emuobor is a 6-foot-5, 205-pound guard from Raleigh, N.C., who spent last season at Iona College. Emuobor, who previously played at the University of Central Florida (2023-24), played in 29 games (seven starts) for the Gaels last season, averaging 4.4 points and 2.4 rebounds per game. Against Merrimack on Feb. 23, Emuobor set season highs in points (20), rebounds (nine), field goals (eight) and minutes (40) while shooting 47 percent (8-for-17) from the field. During a five-game stretch that featured four starts from Feb. 21-March 8, Emuobor scored in double digits four times and averaged 12.8 points/game while connecting on 25 of 46 field-goal attempts (54.3 percent). At UCF, Emuobor appeared in 10 games in a reserve role. He was named North Carolina All-State as a sophomore and junior at Ravenscroft High school in Raleigh before playing his senior campaign at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H.

"Comeh comes to us from a strong program. He is an athletic and versatile forward who knows how to play and can score in a multitude of ways. He is a good defender who can guard multiple positions."
Jack Graham is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard from Smithfield, R.I., who spent the last two seasons at the University of Richmond. He played in 12 games last season, totaling 10 points, four assists, and three steals. He saw action in five games during his 2023-24 freshman season. Graham was named the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council co-Player of the Year in 2023 when he led Milton Academy to a 24-2 record and its first NEPSAC Championship since 1974. He previously helped Bishop Hendricken High School win the Rhode Island Division I state title in 2021.

"Jack is another player joining us from a good program who can play any of the positions on the perimeter. He understands how to play and is a very good athlete who can make shots."
R.J. Kennedy is a 6-foot-1, 180-pound guard from Fayetteville, Ga., who did not see game action last season at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2023-24, Kennedy averaged 23.7 points, 4.3 assists and 2.1 steals per game at Middle Georgia Prep. He shot 52 percent from the floor and connected on 42 percent of his 3-point field goals to finish his career as the all-time leading scorer (948 points) in Middle Georgia history while leading the Lions to a 42-6 record. During his senior year at Fayette County (Ga.) High School, Kennedy led the Tigers to a 26-6 record, a regional championship, and a 4A state runner-up finish. He was named the MaxPreps Georgia 4A Player of the Year after averaging 23.6 points and 4.0 assists per game.

"R.J. is a very talented combo guard. He is effective at all three levels scoring or creating for others. He won big in high school and was part of a very strong program at UAB. We are very excited to have him join our program."
KiJan Robinson is a 6-foot-3, 175-pound guard from Apopka, Fla, who spent the previous two seasons at Hofstra. In 2024-25, Robinson played in 30 games for the Pride, including one start, and averaged 5.7 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. He shot 33.3 percent (32-for-96) from 3-point distance and poured in a season-high 28 points against St. Joseph's (LI) on Dec. 6 when he went 10-for-12 from the field and 8-of-9 from beyond the arc. The entrepreneurship major earned a place on the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. Robinson played four years at Wekiva High School and earned two FHSAA 2A state titles. He was named the most prolific scorer of the year in 2023 when he averaged 17.6 points, 5.8 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game as a senior.

"KJ is a big point guard. He will be able to attack the paint and stretch the floor with his ability to shoot. He joins us from a strong program and has played well versus good competition."
John Squire is a 6-foot-8, 220-pound forward from Sausalito, Calif., who averaged 8.8 points and 6.5 rebounds in 33 games -all starts- at the City College of San Francisco in 2024-25. Squire shot 55.7 percent (98-for-176) from the field for a Rams team that won the 3C2A Men's Basketball Championship. As a freshman at Pepperdine in 2023-24, Squire played in 14 games for the Waves, averaging 0.3 points and 0.9 rebounds. He attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory School in San Francisco where, as a junior, he made the MaxPreps All-State Fifth Team, San Francisco's All-Metro Team and the All-WCAL First Team. He averaged 12 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and three blocks in leading the Wildcats to the NorCal Division 1 finals.

"John is another exciting addition to the program. Coming from Pepperdine and CCSF, he has played versus high-level competition and performed well. His skill and physicality will be a great addition to the 5 and 4 spots for us."
Giannos Xanthopoulos is a 6-foot-10 forward/center from Polifimou, Zografou in Greece, who most recently played in Canada for the Fort Erie International Academy of the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association. In January 2024, Xanthopoulos was a member of the Greece U18 National Team that played in the Adidas Next Generation EuroLeague games in Podgorica, Montenegro.
