Blackley is a 6-foot-4, 170-pound guard from Summit, N.J., who averaged 16.1 points, including seven 20-plus point games, for Immaculate High School in Montclair, N.J. last season. Blackley was a 1,000-point scorer who tallied a season-high 28 points in a one-point win against Payne Tech on Dec. 16 and scored 20 points to lead the fifth-seeded Lions to a 60-57 win over 12th-seeded Bloomfield in the first round of the Essex County Tournament.
