Robinson's 17 Points Leads Balanced Offense in 80-72 Win vs. UAlbany

DURHAM, N.H. – Junior guard KiJan Robinson (Apopka, Fla.) scored 17 points to lead the University of New Hampshire men's basketball team to an 80-72 victory against UAlbany at Lundholm Gym on Saturday and give the Wildcats a third consecutive win.
Junior guard Jack Graham (Smithfield, R.I.) recorded 15 points on five made 3-pointers and junior guard Comeh Emuobor (Raleigh, N.C.) tallied 13 points. Graham finished with a team-high five rebounds.
Junior forward Belal El Shakery (Alexandria, Egypt) shot 100% from the floor for 10 points and junior forward Davide Poser (Veneto, Italy) sank four 3-pointers for 12 points. Freshman guard Tyler Bike (Merrimack, N.H.) tallied 11 points to mark six UNH Wildcats in double digits.
UAlbany's leading scorer was Miles Rose with 20 points. Amir Lindsey had 16 points and six rebounds.
UNH improved to 7-12 overall and 3-3 in America East while UAlbany moved to 7-14 overall, 3-3 AE.

FIRST HALF
- Robinson opened the half for the 'Cats with a 3-pointer, assisted by Poser, to put UNH on the board, 3-0, at 19:22.
- El Shakery grabbed the offensive rebound and fed a pass to Bike, who sunk the second 3-pointer for UNH to give the home team a 6-4 lead at 17:16.
- The teams exchanged scores to advance the score to 12-11 in favor of the 'Cats.
- El Shakery ended an 8-0 run by the Great Danes with a driving layup to bring the Wildcats within five points, 19-14, at 8:04.
- Graham hit a 3-pointer to lift UNH up to 19-17 at 7:23.
- Electric 3-pointers from Bike ignited Lundholm Gymnasium and put UNH back in front, 25-23 at 4:11.
- The Great Danes converted an and-1 with under a minute remaining to take a 28-27 lead.
- Poser netted UNH's sixth 3-pointer of the game to put UNH back up 30-28 with 24 seconds on the clock
- UAlbany beat the buzzer to tie the score, 30-30, through 20 minutes.

SECOND HALF
- Robinson started the second half with a quick 3-pointer, which Poser followed with one of his own, to give the 'Cats a three-point lead, 36-33.
- UNH and UAlbany traded field goals, where a deep 3-ball from Robinson gave UNH the 44-43 edge at 12:24.
- The Wildcats went on an 8-0 run on two 3-pointers by Graham and two free throws by Robinson to give UNH the first double-digit lead of the game, 56-46, at 7:38.
- Robinson drove to the basket for his 15th point of the game at 6:24, followed by Graham's fourth 3-pointer for a 63-49 advantage at 5:50.
- Poser hit two pull-up 3's in 30 seconds – at 4:38 and 4:07 – followed by another from Graham beyond the arc as the Cats began to pull away with an 18-point lead, 72-54, at 3:38.
- The Great Danes responded with a 3-pointer and a layup to cut the difference to 11 points, 74-63, at 1:05 but El Shakery put the game away with a driving layup with 50 seconds remaining.
UNH NOTEBOOK
- Graham made five 3-point field goals to set a career high that he previously held at four, most recently at St. Louis on Dec. 21, 2025.
- Poser recorded a career-high six assists, shattering his previous record of five at Columbia on Nov. 24, 2024.
- His 12 points and four 3-pointers both matched season highs.
- Robinson matched his season high for rebounds at four, tying his performance against Brown on Nov. 26, 2025.
- He was a perfect 6-for-6 at the foul line.
- Emuobor made 9 of 10 free throws; the nine free throws eclipsed his previous career high of six (Jan., 8 at UMBC).
- The Wildcats remain undefeated (3-0) since Bike entered the starting lineup Jan. 19 at Maine.
- The last time UNH had six or more players score in double digits was Nov. 8, 2023, when eight Wildcats netted 10 points against Curry College.
