Nick Ring scores for the Wildcats
BOSTON – Ryan Greene scored the game winner in overtime for the Terriers as the No. 18 University of New Hampshire men's hockey team fell to No. 11 Boston University, 2-1, on Saturday evening at Agganis Arena in Hockey East action in a top-20 matchup.
The Wildcats pick up a point in the Hockey Standings and fall to 10-8-3 (2-7-2 Hockey East), while the Terriers improve to 13-7-1 (9-3-1 Hockey East).
Sophomore forward Nick Ring (Hingham, Mass.) scored for the Wildcats and junior goalie Jared Whale (Calgary, Alberta) made 19 saves.

How It Happened
- The Wildcats took a 1-0 lead at 8:27 of the first period when sophomore forward Ryan Conmy (Alexandria, Va.) fired the puck to Ring who redirected it into the back of the net from just outside the crease for his sixth goal of the season. Senior defenseman Luke Reid (Warman, Saskatchewan) also posted an assist on the goal.

- The Terriers tied the game at 7:45 of the second period when Cole Eiserman blasted a one-timer from the right faceoff circle glove side for the power play goal.
- Greene then scored the game winner with four minutes left in overtime with a one-timer glove side for the 2-1 OT win.
