Nicole Yeomans (Foxborough, Mass.), a graduate student on the UNH women's track team open the 2023 outdoor season by winning the 800 meter run at UMass Lowell March 24th.
Nicole had the fastest 400m split of 1 minute, 9.247 seconds, then pulled away with a winning time of 2:18.10. She beat 24 other runners, the closest of which finish 4.32 seconds behind Nicole.
The Wildcats return to action for the Colonial Relays at Walter J. Zable Stadium at Cary Field on the campus of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va. on Friday, March 31 with the event concluding the next day on Saturday, April 1.
