Scott Williams Named America East Defensive Player of the Week

Williams recorded his second shutout of the season
BOSTON – Senior goalkeeper Scott Williams (Cincinnati, Ohio) of the University of New Hampshire men's soccer team has been named the America East Defensive Player of the Week. This is Williams' first career America East weekly award.
Williams was outstanding in net as he made eight saves and recorded his second shutout of the season in the 0-0 tie versus UMass on Sept. 13. He made five saves during the first half and three in the second.
The Wildcats return to action on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at Harvard at 7 p.m. on ESPN+.
