Home games to be played at Wildcat Stadium.
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's soccer program has announced its spring schedule as the Wildcats prepare for the 2023 season this fall.
"We were pleased with the 1-1 tie versus New England Revolution II given our limited time to prepare for 11 v 11 outside and with the addition four new players mid-year playing our system for the first time," said head coach Marc Hubbard. "We would like to thank the New England Revolution for their hospitality at Gillette Stadium and hopefully this sets the tone for the rest of the spring. We lost eight starters from last Fall's squad so our group is younger and inexperienced but as hungry and tightknit as ever. We look forward to showcasing our group at home at Wildcat Stadium in near future."
2023 Spring Schedule:
Sun., Feb. 26-New England Revolution II (1-1 Tie)
Fri., March 24-Boston College (6 p.m.)
Fri., March 31-Athlete Institute (6 p.m.)
Fri., April 7-at UConn (7 p.m.)
Sat., April 15-Army West Point (5 p.m.)
UNH went 15-4-1 (.775) overall in the 2023 season and was ranked No. 21 in the final United Soccer Coaches National Poll. The Wildcats were 6-1-0 in America East to earn a fourth consecutive regular-season championship and fifth in program history.
UNH then won its fourth America East tournament championship to advance to the NCAA tournament for the sixth consecutive year and seventh time overall. The Wildcats defeated Seton Hall, 2-1, in the first round at Wildcat Stadium and then tied 10th-seeded Florida International, 2-2, in the second round but lost the 12 round-shootout, 10-9.
