The Wildcats were able to answer back UVM's three goals in the final two periods, with a goal from Meghara McManus (Milton, Mass.) in the second, Taylor Wenczkowski (Rochester, N.H.) on the power play early in the third, and Jada Christian (Caledon East, Ontario) tied the game late in the third. Harnett made 19 saves and prevented Vermont from scoring a fourth as her offense rallied back for the tie.
- On Sunday, the Wildcats faced the #3 Northeastern Huskies; after an even first period, the Huskies took control in the second and third periods to take a 3-0 lead. New Hampshire tallied a late third period, extra-attacker goal from Nicole Dunbar (Coto de Caza, Calif.), and goaltender Ava Boutilier (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) made a career-high 45 saves, but the Wildcats fell to the Huskies 4-1.
