Senior Day
- The UNH women's ice hokey program will pay tribute to the lone senior on its roster, captain Jonna Curtis (Elk River, Minn.), prior to the start of the Friday, Feb. 10 game vs. Boston University.
- Curtis leads the team in goals (17), assists (15), points (32), shots (131), game-winning goals, shorthanded goals, faceoffs won (212) and total faceoffs (461).
- Curtis has factored in 32 of the team's 67 goals – that's 48%.

- The first 100 fans at Friday's game will receive a free "I Believe in UNH" pom hat.

- UNH enters the weekend home-and-home series with an 11-15-2 overall record that includes 9-9-2 in Hockey East, 7-8-0 at home and 4-7-2 on the road; the Wildcats are 6-5-0 in home league games and 3-4-2 on the road in league action.
- New Hampshire is 2-2-1 the past five games and 5-4-1 the past 10.
- Last weekend, UNH went 0-1-1 in the Battle of the 'Cats in Burlington, Vermont. The Wildcats overcame a 3-1 third-period deficit to rally for a 3-3 tie on Friday, then lost 3-1 Saturday despite recording a 38-12 shot advantage. The season series ended in a 1-1-1 tie.

'Cat Nips
- Jonna Curtis scored her 50th career goal Feb. 3 at Vermont. With the Wildcats trailing 3-2 late in the third period, Curtis skated down the left wing for a shorthanded breakaway, fended off a defender and shot the puck into the cage to tie the score with 3:51 remaining.
- Curtis also tallied an assist that game for her 10th multiple-point game of the season and 26th of her career.
- Junior forward Carlee Toews (Grand Prairie, Alberta) recorded a career-high two assists Feb. 3 at UVM to match her personal best of two points.
- Sophomore goaltender Kyra Smith (Littleton, Colo.) stopped 23 of 24 shots for a .958 save percentage and 1.33 GAA in the 3-3 tie last Friday; she entered the game at the start of the second period and played the final 45 minutes in net.
- Freshman forward Hannah Touzos (Foxboro, Mass.) scored her first career goal Feb. 3 at Vermont.
- Junior defenseman Julia Fedeski (Algonquin Highlands, Ontario) recorded an assist both games last weekend at UVM. She ranks third on the team with eight assists this season.
- Toews and classmate Amy Schlagel played in their 100th career game Feb. 4 at Vermont.
- Junior forward and captain Kate Haslett (Rothesay, New Brunswick) will play in her 100th career game Friday vs. BU.
- Sophomore goalie Hilary Cashin (Fredericton, New Brunswick) entered last Saturday's game with UNH trailing 3-0 at 7:55 of the second period and stopped all five shots she faced the rest of the way.
- Both Cashin and Smith played in both games last weekend. Cashin got the start Friday and Smith was Saturday's starter.
Milestone Watch
- Jonna Curtis enters the weekend with 96 career points (50 goals, 46 assists) in 114 games.
- Curtis scored her 50th career goal Feb. 3 at Vermont; prior to that, the most recent Wildcat to score 50 career goals was Kristina Lavoie (57; 2010-13).
- Lavoie (51) and Kristine Horn (2010-13; 55) are the most recent 'Cats to tally 50 career assists.

Developing the Playoff Picture

Cashin In Her Chance to Start
- Sophomore goaltenders Hilary Cashin and Kyra Smith alternated starts through the first half of the season, but then Cashin started seven consecutive games spanning Nov. 20 to Jan. 7.
- The streak ended Jan. 10 at Dartmouth College, which marked the Wildcats' third game in five days, and Smith started between the pipes.
- Cashin has started 11 of the last 13 games; Smith got the start last Saturday at Vermont.
- Cashin, who saw limited action in three games last season, has a 2.54 GAA and .907 save percentage with a 10-6-1 record in 20 games (18 starts).
- Cashin recorded her first career shutout Jan. 21 with a 22-save effort against Maine at the Whittemore Center (7-0 win).
- In addition to her career-high 41 saves Oct. 23 vs. Clarkson, Cashin made 32 saves (on 35 shots) in her first game of the season, a 3-1 loss at eighth-ranked Colgate (Oct. 2). Cashin recorded her second 40+ save effort in the 3-2 overtime win vs. Harvard on Nov. 16.
