HAMILTON, Mass. – Junior goalkeeper Andrew Pesci (Windham, N.H.) recorded a 12-save shutout Friday night as the University of New Hampshire men's soccer team blanked Colgate University, 3-0.

Highlights
--First Half--
Velazquez recorded his first goal of the season, which would ultimately prove to be the game winner, in the eighth minute of play. Sophomore Alex Valencia (Tracey, Calif.) played a pass to Velazquez who ripped a shot into the goal past Ricky Brown for the 1-0 lead.

Dickson padded the UNH lead to 2-0 in the 20^th minute of play with his second goal of the season. Meanwhile, Pesci made saves on all 10 shots he faced in net in the first half to keep the Raiders at bay and preserve the lead for UNH.

--Second Half--
Arling, who scored his fifth goal in as many games, gave the Wildcats a 3-0 advantage in the 52^nd minute of play. William Picoux (Lorient, France) played a free kick into the mixer that Arling headed into the lower right corner of the net.

Pesci maintained the three goal lead for the 'Cats as he made two saves on two shots faced in the stanza.
