At UNH
During the 2025-26 season, Jeffers helped the Wildcats win conference championships in the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay and 800 freestyle relay. The 200 freestyle relay established a school record, while the 400 freestyle relay posted a conference-record time. Individually, she recorded a top-eight finish in the 400 individual medley and top-16 finishes in the 100 freestyle and 200 individual medley while earning Dean's List honors.
In 2024-25, she placed fourth in the conference in the 400 individual medley, finished among the top 16 in the 200 individual medley and 100 freestyle, and helped UNH win conference titles in the 400 freestyle relay and 800 freestyle relay as the Wildcats captured the conference championship.
Before UNH
Jeffers competed at Bedford High School and for the YMCA of Greater Nashua Storm club team. Coached throughout her youth career by her mother, Erin Jeffers, she developed into one of New Hampshire's top swimmers.
As a senior at Bedford High School, Jeffers won New Hampshire state titles in the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly while helping the Bulldogs capture their fourth consecutive team state championship. She was also a finalist at YMCA Nationals, graduated with a 3.8 GPA while taking International Baccalaureate courses and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal
Born in Scottsdale, Ariz. Daughter of Eric and Erin Jeffers. Has a younger sister, Paige, who is also a swimmer.
Jeffers is majoring in nutrition and aspires to become an elementary school teacher.
Her family has strong collegiate athletics ties. Her mother, Erin, competed in collegiate swimming, her father, Eric, played collegiate basketball, and her grandfather, Robert Smith, coached football and baseball at Middlebury College.
Outside the pool, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time at the beach.
