At Stonehill
Peterson enjoyed a successful two-year career at Stonehill, where she was a four-time Dean's List selection and earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors.
As a sophomore in 2025-26, she established school records in the 100-yard breaststroke, 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay. At the NEC Championships, she helped Stonehill set school records in both relay events while also setting a program record in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.84) and the 200 breaststroke (2:23.42).
Throughout the season, Peterson earned multiple event victories, including wins in the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke, and was named an NEC Prime Performer. She also contributed to several relay victories and posted a personal-best time of 1:05.95 in the 100 breaststroke.
During her freshman season, Peterson won both the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke against Babson and recorded personal-best performances at a midseason meet hosted by Rhode Island.
A graduate of Concord High School, she excelled both academically and athletically while competing in swimming and track and field.
At Concord High School, Peterson graduated 11th in a class of 375 students and earned summa cum laude honors. She was recognized as an NH Scholar, a Jefferson Scholars semifinalist, a Harvard Book Award recipient and a three-time Principal's Award winner. She also earned High Academic Achievement Awards in German I, German II, History & Geography, AP Biology and AP Environmental Science.
In the pool, Peterson competed for club coach Brian Crawford and qualified for Speedo Sectionals during her senior year. She also competed at the ISCA Swim Meet in Florida and earned high academic honors throughout her high school career.
