Wildcat Optimal Wellness (W.O.W) is a program available to student-athletes that combines the resources on the UNH campus. W.O.W is made up of services from Psychological & Counseling Services (PACS), UNH Health & Wellness, UNH Sports Nutrition, UNH Athletic Training, and our team sports medicine physicians. W.O.W additionally hosts as well as promotes educational events and services to help support optimal performance of our student-athletes.

UNH Psychological & Counseling Services are available to all students on the UNH campus for all mental health needs. If any student-athlete is interested in accessing these resources, they can reach out to their team’s Athletic Trainer for more information or help setting up an appointment.
