Mascot Appearances
Thank you for your interest in having Wild E. Cat and/or Gnarlz at your event. We try to get one of the beloved 'Cats to as many events as possible. Before booking, please review the appearance policies found below.
Appearance Policies
- All performers are UNH students. Therefore, availability for appearances will be dependent on class, work, and UNH athletic event schedules during on campus semesters. Requests that fall over summer or winter breaks will be scheduled around the student's personal schedules.
- Wild E. Cat and Gnarlz are likely not available during UNH athletic events.
Pricing
- On-campus events $30/hr (1 hour minimum billed time)
- Off-campus events $50/hr (2 hour minimum billed time)
- Nonprofit events $30/hr
- Billed time includes:
- Changing time
- Appearance time
- Travel will be billed at the actual cost based on the IRS Standard Mileage Rate
- Tipping for events is optional
All prices subject to change. All events are booked at the discretion of the University of New Hampshire Athletics department and may be denied for any reason. Invoices will be mailed after the event and are due net 30 days.
Scheduling an Event
- Complete the request form found HERE at least two weeks prior to your event
- You will be notified before the event date whether or not we will be able to send one of the 'Cats.
