Abaka-Amuah Sets America East Record in Shot Put

Three Wildcats placed in the top-five of their respective events Saturday.

BOSTON — Senior thrower Yoofi Abaka-Amuah (Worcester, Mass.) won the men's shot put, setting a new America East Championship record with a 61' 4.75" throw, highlighting the men's indoor track and field team's final day at the America East Championships.

As a team, the Wildcats finished with 74 points, good for sixth place.
