Eighteen-game home slate opens with Border Battle exhibition Sept. 20 (2 p.m.) vs Maine
DURHAM, N.H. – Single-game tickets for the 2025-26 UNH women's ice hockey team are on sale now for each of the Wildcats' 18 games in the Whittemore Center at Key Auto Group Complex by visiting UNHWildcats.com/BuyTickets or by calling 603-862-4000.
The Wildcats kick off the preseason by facing rival Maine in an exhibition Border Battle, presented by Buffalo Wild Wings, on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 2 p.m. The regular-season Border Battle will take place Friday, Dec. 5 (6 p.m.) and Saturday, Dec. 6 (6 p.m.) to highlight the 12-game schedule of Hockey East association opponents.
UNH opens the regular season with its only Thursday home game of the season, Sept. 25, for a 6 p.m. non-conference matchup against Mercyhurst, before the two teams meet again Friday, Sept. 26, for a special 1 p.m. matinee, the earliest start time of the season.
The ninth annual Stick it to Stigma game for mental health awareness and suicide prevention is slated for Saturday, Oct. 18, at 2 p.m. vs Harvard, featuring an in-game auction on game-worn jerseys with proceeds benefitting local nonprofit organizations Connor's Climb Foundation and The Benny Fund. The day will conclude with the postgame Skate with the 'Cats, where fans can lace up their own skates to join the student-athletes on the ice.
A full promotional calendar will be announced at a later date.
