Ruth White Named America East Female Performer and Rookie of the Week

Women’s Cross Country to Run in America East Championships 5K at 11 a.m. Saturday
BOSTON, Mass. - Freshman Ruth White (Orono, Maine) of the University of New Hampshire women's cross country team, was named the America East Female Performer and Rookie of the Week on Monday.
White finished third out of 82 runners in the CCSU 3K Mini-Meet with a time of 9:53.89. Her efforts contributed to the Wildcats' sixth-place (out of 12 teams) finish at the event.
This is White's first career America East weekly award.
The Wildcats return to action Saturday, Nov. 2 for the America East Championships 5K at 11 a.m. The meet can be streamed on America East TV and live results can be found here: https://lancertiming.com/
