Ruth White Places Third Out of 82 Runners
NEW BRITAIN, Conn. - Freshman Ruth White (Orono, Maine) led the Wildcats with a third-place finish out of 82 runners as the University of New Hampshire women's cross country team competed in the CCSU Mini-Meet 3K race. The team finished in sixth place (139 points) out of 12 at Stanley Park.

HOW IT HAPPENED- Four Wildcats finished in the top 50.
- White finished third at 9:53.89.
- Freshman Juliana Sciortino (Niskayuna, N.Y.) finished 17th at 10:14.63.
- Freshman Mia Carbone (Meriden, Conn.) finished 29th at 10:28.91.
- Junior Lauren Boilard (San Fransisco, Calif.) finished 39th at 10:35.53.
