Conference Schedule Unveiled for Men's Basketball

DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's basketball program, led by head coach Nathan Davis, has released its America East schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 season. The release was made Tuesday in conjunction with the conference, which also announced every conference game will air on ESPN networks as part of the AE on ESPN.

UNH's conference schedule opens Saturday, Jan. 6, when the Wildcats play host to UMass Lowell in Lundholm Gym.
The second weekend of conference play is a renewal of the Border Battle, brought to you by Buffalo Wild Wings, at the University of Maine on Thursday, Jan. 11. Then it is a rematch of last year's America East quarterfinal matchup when Bryant University comes to Durham on Jan. 13.
UNH travels to play the two southernmost schools in the conference Jan. 18 at NJIT and Jan. 20 at UMBC.
The Wildcats welcome both New York schools to Lundholm Gym the following weekend with a Jan. 25 matchup against Binghamton University and Jan. 27 tilt. Vs. UAlbany.
New Hampshire plays three of its next four games on the road with games at UMass Lowell on Feb. 3 and at Bryant on Feb. 8. The Wildcats and Maine Black Bears meet Feb. 10 in Lundholm Gym for another Border Battle and UNH tips off against the University of Vermont in Burlington on Feb. 15.
The 'Cats have two home games the following weekend with a Feb. 22 matchup vs. NJIT and Feb. 24 game against UMBC.
UNH travels to the Empire State to tip off against UAlbany on Feb. 29 and Binghamton on March 2 before closing out the regular season March 5 home against UVM.
The top eight teams advance to the America East men's basketball tournament, which begins with quarterfinal action Saturday, March 9, followed by the semifinals Tuesday, March 12 and championship on Saturday, March 16. The higher seed will host each tourney game.
UNH's non-conference schedule was unveiled in July. The Wildcats tip off the 2023-24 season Nov. 6 at Syracuse University. The Wildcats' home opener is Nov. 8 against Curry College.
The America East men's preseason poll and all-conference teams will be announced mid-October ahead of the start of the regular season in November.
