RESULTS
STORRS, Conn. – Three student-athletes competed for the Wildcats as the University of New Hampshire men's track and field team started action on Day 1 of the UConn Northeast Challenge.

Sophomore Joshua Hoffman (Litchfield, N.H.) led the Wildcats with a fifth-place finish in the discus throw out of 30 athletes with an effort of 164'11".
Senior John King Jr. (Derry, N.H.) placed eighth out of 24 in the javelin throw with a distance of 193'10". Freshman Thomas Mason (Nashua, N.H.) was 18th with a throw of 172'01".

The Wildcats will return to action Saturday, April 16, on the final day of the UConn Northeast Challenge.
