‘Cats Host Maine and Vermont in Home Tri-Meet

UNH looking to continue improving with championship season approaching.
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire women's track & field team takes on Maine and Vermont in its second straight home meet this Saturday, January 25th at the Paull Sweet Oval.
The 'Cats will continue to look for big production in the home meet from sophomore thrower Sarah Williams (Dover, N.H.), who's off to a great start in her second season throwing for New Hampshire. Other key contributors include the pole vaulting duo of Danielle Heine (Waverly, Pa.) and Jordan Hoffamn (North Chelmsford, Mass.); both athletes are looking to continue their strong seasons in the pole vault, with Heine hitting a team-best mark of 11'11.75" last weekend.
The Wildcats will also look to Lauren Quann (Pictou, Nova Scotia) and Megan Switzgable (Trumbull, Conn.) to continue their success in the high jump, and sprinter Crismeily Borg (Nashua, N.H.) is looking for another big weekend after taking first in two sprinting events last weekend.
