‘Cats Compete at Terrier Invitational

BOSTON – Ten members of the University of New Hampshire women's track & field team traveled down to Boston University for the annual John Thomas Terrier Invitational which began Friday afternoon.
Sophomore multi-eventer Saige Tudisco (Haverhill, Mass.) took eighth overall in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.28 seconds.
Fellow multi-eventer Bosibori Mosongo (Indianapolis, Ind.) competed in the 400m dash, finishing third in her second with a finishing time of 1:00.99, finishing 85th overall.
Both Tudisco and Mosongo also competed in the long jump, with Mosongo tied for 17th overall with a distance of 17'0.75", and Tudsico took 26th at 16'10".
In the mile, fifth-year Shannon Murdock (Exeter, N.H.) took 14th overall, 2nd in her heat, with a time of 4:51.95, and sophomore Nicole Yeomans (Foxborough, Mass.) set a new personal best time of 4:58.33, finishing 25th overall (4th in her section).
In the 1000m, sophomore Lauren Dean (Laconia, N.H.) took first her in section (18th overall) with a time of 2:56.30.
Junior Kelly Crawford (Mansfield, Mass.) took on the 200m dash, finishing 2nd in her heat with a time of 26.41 seconds, good for an 85th overall finish.

Graduate transfer Eve Glasergreen (Clinton, N.J.) competed in the 3000m taking 24th overall with a time of 9:56.00.
Three Wildcats took on the 5000m run, with the top UNH finisher being Meg Champagne (Plattsburgh, N.Y.) taking 11th overall with a time of 17:02.37. Finishing in 16th was Caroline Mahoney (Bedford, N.H.) with a time of 17:46.35. Madeline Quigley (Rowley, Mass.) took 31st overall with a new personal best time of 17:46.35.
