DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's basketball team (13-7, 4-2 AE) takes on UMass Lowell (8-13, 3-4 AE) on Wednesday, Jan. 25 (7 PM) in Lundholm Gymnasium on ESPN3 to welcome back students to campus.

The Wildcats earned their seventh road victory of the season with an 81-56 win at the University of Hartford last Sunday. Smith finished with 27 points, seven rebounds and four assists on 9 of 11 shooting. Senior Daniel Dion (Cedar Park, Texas) finished with 17 points and five assists on 7 of 13 shooting. UNH outrebounded the Hawks 39-29 in the game and led in paint-points 30-22. The Wildcats drilled 10 threes for the 10th time this season.
Junior Tanner Leissner (Converse, Texas) averaged 15.6 points per game to lead the team, trailed closely by Smith at 15.5 points per game. Dion scores 13.9 points per game, a number which jumps up to 17.5 points per game in conference play. Junior Iba Camara (Dakar, Senegal) grabs a team-leading 8.2 rebounds per game and has been on a scoring tear recently with four straight games with 12+ points, including a 21-outburst against Maine (Jan. 19).
Head coach Bill Herrion earned his 150th career win against Hartford.
