KINGSTON, R.I. – Junior Christopher Poggi (Dover, N.H.) placed first overall in the 800-meter dash to push the University of New Hampshire men's track & field team to a fourth place finish at the University of Rhode Island Coaches vs. Domestic Violence meet.

Poggi has won gold in six of 11 final heats this season. This meet's gold medal was his third in the 800-meter race.
Hoerner claimed his first individual gold medal of his career. In his fourth 1,000-meter race, Hoerner set a personal record by 1.87 seconds.
McCarthy set a new personal best time by 5.59 seconds.
Geraci has decreased his personal best time in the 3,000-meter race every meet.
Tamulonis matched his career-best height of 15 feet, 3 inches which he set a season ago at the 2015 America East Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 20-21, 2015).
