DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's basketball team looks to close out the calendar year at intrastate rival Dartmouth College on Saturday, Dec. 31 (2 PM) at Leede Arena.

The State of New Hampshire
New Hampshire is coming off a Div. III win over Daniel Webster College, 89-26, at home on Wednesday, Dec. 21. Four Wildcats notched double-digit scoring led by Leissner and Dion. Freshman Kijana Love (Cibolo, Texas) tallied 11 points on 3 of 5 shooting and five free throws off the bench. Senior Jaleen Smith (Freeport, Texas) scored 10 points on 3 of 6 shooting with four rebounds, six assists, three steals and a block. New Hampshire held the Eagles to zero threes on 15 attempts.
Smith leads the charge in scoring at 16.1 points per game followed by Leissner's 15.7 points per game. Smith also leads in assists per game at 4.3 per contest. The rebounding effort is led by Leissner at 8.4 per contest followed by junior Iba Camara (Dakar, Senegal) at 8.1 per game. Dion paces the team in 3-point shooting with 35 made this season for 12.5 points per game. New Hampshire has a rebounding margin of +6.5 this season.
