DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire women's track & field team restarts the season after the holiday break, with the College of the Holy Cross (Jan. 16; 11 a.m.), Saturday afternoon at the Paul Sweet Oval.
The Wildcats look to shake off the rust following a month-long break. The throws events begin at 11 a.m. followed by the running events at 1p.m. With five weeks left until the conference championship (Feb. 19-20), UNH looks improve each meet.
Championship Prep
Preparations for the championships season will officially begin with Holy Cross, who has toppled UNH the past few seasons. The 'Cats last placed first in this meet during the 2010-11 season.
Continuing Success

Senior Cassie Kruse (Hampshire, Ill.) set a new personal best in the 1,000-meter race with a time of 2:51.50 for third place overall.
Jump, Jump, Jump
