 - Led her teams in steals, averaging three per game over four years, and assists in each season while winning two state championships and one federation championship.
 - Named All-Section and All-State each of the past three seasons and was named the New York State Championship MVP following the 2011-12 season.
 - In the classroom, Lai was a honor student and a New York scholar athlete.
