University of New Hampshire Athletics
Wildcat Sports Properties (WSP), a property of Learfield Sports, is the multimedia rights holder for University of New Hampshire Athletics. WSP can build customized packages for businesses and corporations that seek the benefits of a positive, brand-building association with the Wildcats with the following inventory: signage, gameday sponsorships, corporate hospitality events, network radio spots (network affiliates), gameday program and print advertising, exposure and branded promotions on UNHWildcats.com.
Football Stadium
In May 2015 demolition began on Cowell Stadium as construction on the West side of the stadium stadium started with the hopes of being completed in time for the start of the 2016 football season. Renovations truely began with the installation of during the summer of 2014, as well as seating and press box upgrades. The new stadium will include new premium seating, state-of-the-art broadcast and WIFI capabilities, club lounge, Cat Pack Plaza, and special student section. The stadium will have a maximum capacity of 10,000-12,000 fans, and the ability to host outside events such as, New Hampshire Special Olympics, concerts, and high school championship games.
Whittemore Center Arena
Whittemore Center Arena is home to the Men's and Women's ice hockey teams as well as many other events such as concerts, tradeshows, and other sporting events. The arena opened in November of 1995 and can accomodate 6,500 for a hockey game and 7,500 for a concert or show. The $30 million dollar facility is one of the premier venues at UNH and plays host to some of the best NCAA hokcey in the nation. There are endless opportuniteis to showcase your company from a dasher board, print material, or advertisement on the new center hung scoreboard.
Lundholm Gymnasium
Lundholm Gymnasium is located in the Field House and is home to both the Men's and Women's basketball teams, the volleyball team, and the gymnastics team, with a capacity of 2,500. In December of 2000 a restoration project began on the gymnasium including refinished floors, new bleachers, lighting, sound system and scoreboards.
