Palmer Breaks School Record in Triple Jump, Men's Track and Field Finishes Second at NEICAAA Championships

Eight Wildcats placed in the top-five of their respective events Saturday, including three first-place finishes.
BOSTON — Sophomore sprinter/jumper Ethan Palmer (Bowdoin, Maine) won the men's triple jump with a 49' 11" leap, breaking the school record, while Julian Rime (New City, N.Y.) won the men's 800m run with a 1:52.05 time and Yoofi Abaka-Amuah (Worcester, Mass.) won the men's shot put with a 60' 2" throw, highlighting the men's indoor track and field team's final day at the NEICAAA Championships.
As a team, the Wildcats finished with 105 points, good for second place.
