Lilyestrom served UNH Athletics for a decade in marketing leadership roles, including as Associate Athletic Director for Marketing & Strategic Initiatives, before launching a successful career as a business mentor and transformational speaker.
This year's panel includes four former Wildcats whose achievements span championship careers, professional success and impactful leadership across women's athletic:
Megan (Bozek) Cuthbertson '14 – Panelist
Megan (Bozek) Cuthbertson '14, a 2024 UNH Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, is one of the most decorated field hockey players in program history. Bozek was a two-time All-American and two-time America East Defensive Player of the Year in her four-year career that spanned the 2010-13 seasons on the UNH field hockey team. The Wildcats won the America East regular-season title all four years Bozek was on the roster – including a perfect 5-0 in 2010, 2012 and 2013 – and was the league tourney champion in '11 and '13. The native of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. rejoined the UNH field hockey program as an assistant coach in May 2018 and remained in that position for four seasons (2018-21). Bozek played at the highest level of competition as a member of the USA Women's National Indoor Team from 2012-14.
Demi (Muses) Kneeland '17 – Panelist
Demi (Muses) Kneeland '17 was a dominant force for UNH volleyball and one of the most accomplished players in program history. As a student-athlete, Demi captured four consecutive America East championships with the UNH volleyball team—a feat accomplished by only one other player in Wildcats history. She was named America East Player of the Year in both 2015 and 2016 and earned numerous accolades. Kneeland won America East Championships' Most Outstanding Player honors in 2014, was co‑Player of the Year in 2015 and America East Player of the Year in 2016. Kneeland finished her UNH career among the Wildcats' leaders in kills, blocks and points before transitioning to athletics administration, where she now serves as UNH Athletics' General Manager of Corporate Partnerships & Premium Sales.
Sadie Wright‑Ward '08 – Panelist
Sadie Wright‑Ward '08 is among the most prolific scorers in UNH women's hockey history. The Durham, N.H. native tallied 151 career points (64 goals, 87 assists) over 100 games and was a First Team All‑American in 2006. That season she was also named Hockey East Player of the Year, New England Hockey Writers MVP and Hockey East Scoring Champion while finishing fourth nationally in points for a Wildcat team that advanced to the NCAA Frozen Four. Wright‑Ward helped power the Wildcats to national prominence during the mid‑2000s, contributing to multiple deep postseason runs and four Hockey East regular-season championships. She continues to elevate the sport through coaching at the high school and club levels, including leading the Oyster River High School program.
Elaina Grenz '26 – Panelist
Elaina Grenz '26 wrapped up her playing career as a UNH women's soccer forward in the fall and was subsequently named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team honoree. The Social Media Chair for the UNH Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) recorded goals in several campaigns, including her first career game‑winner at UAlbany on October 12. Grenz, a 2022 graduate of River Dell Regional High School in River Edge, N.J., is a two‑time America East Commissioner's Honor Roll selection and previously starred for World Class FC ECNL before arriving in Durham. She now serves as a rink-side TV reporter for Wildcat Sports Productions on ESPN and NESN UNH hockey broadcasts.
