Field Hockey Unveils 2024 Schedule

Wildcats Will Play 10 Games at Memorial Field, Including all Seven Games in October
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire field hockey team, led by UNH Athletics and NFHCA Hall of Famer Robin Balducci, has 18 regular-season games on the 2024 schedule with a split of 10 home games and eight on the road. The America East Championship tournament will be held Nov. 7-10.

Before the official start to the regular season, UNH will play an exhibition game Aug. 20 at Holy Cross and another exhibition game Aug. 24 at UMass.
New Hampshire opens the 2024 season with three consecutive games away from Durham. The Wildcats travel to UConn opening weekend to play both St. Joseph's University (Aug. 31) and then UConn (Sept. 1).
UNH returns to the Constitution State the following weekend for a Sept. 6 game at Quinnipiac University.
UNH's home opener is Sunday, Sept. 8 against Lafayette; it will be just the third meeting between the programs and the first in Durham.
The 'Cats are back on the road for the next three games with two games at the University of Iowa – one against the Hawkeyes and another vs. the University of Delaware – followed by a third trip to the state of Connecticut for a matchup against Fairfield University.
New Hampshire welcomes ACC power Boston College to Memorial Field on Sunday, Sept. 22.
The Wildcats open America East conference play Sept. 27 at Bryant University – UNH has won all six lifetime meetings vs. the Bulldogs – and then the 'Cats close September with a home game against Providence College on Sunday, Sept. 29.
All seven October games are at Memorial Field and that includes a pair of games on Homecoming Weekend (Oct. 18-20). UNH welcomes the lone remaining west coast conference member, UC Davis, to town on Friday, Oct. 4. Conference foes University of Vermont, UAlbany and UMass Lowell visit Durham each of the next three Fridays.
October also includes non-conference matchups against Northeastern University (Oct. 6), Boston University (Oct. 20) and Merrimack College (Oct. 27).
UNH ends the regular season with a Border Battle, presented by Buffalo Wild Wings, at the University of Maine on Friday, Nov. 1.
