Fletcher Sets School Record at George Davis Invitational

LOWELL, Mass. – The University of New Hampshire men's track and field team headed to Lowell to compete in the George Davis Invitational, hosted by UMass Lowell.

Sophomore Nathan Fletcher (Portsmouth, N.H.) set a school record in the men's 400m run with a time of 47.74.

Event Notebook

The men's 4x100m relay team consisting of Andrew Kelly (Portsmouth, N.H.), Nathan Fletcher (Portsmouth, N.H.), Michael Mulcahy (Weymouth, Mass.), and Gunnar Sokol (Berwick, Maine) finished first in the men's 4x100 with a time of 42.70.
Sokol also took first in the men's long jump with a distance of 7.01m.
Freshman Matthew Allen (Exeter, N.H.) finished third in the steeplechase with a time of 9:59.52.
Graduate student Aidan O'Hern (Concord, N.H.) finished first in the men's 5k with a PR time of 14:39.79.
Kelly also took first in the men's high jump with a distance of 1.93m.
