Tyler Muszelik Selected in 2022 NHL Draft

Muszelik was picked by the Florida Panthers.
MONTREAL - University of New Hampshire incoming freshman goalie Tyler Muszelik (Long Valley, N.J.) was selected by Florida in the 2022 NHL Draft on Friday at Bell Centre.
Muszelik was drafted in the sixth round by the Panthers and was the 189th overall pick.
UNH has now had 98 players selected in the NHL Draft in program history.
Muszelik played in 35 games with the U.S. National Under-18 Team in 2021-22 as he posted a record of 24-5-3 with a .900 save percentage and a 2.91 goals against average. He won a silver medal at the 2022 Under-18 Men's World Championships as he went 2-0-0 with a .909 save percentage and a 2.50 goals against average. Muszelik also played in the 2022 BioSteel All-American Game.
