Nicole Yeomans and Cailey Archer Earn Wins at Quad Meet

UNH places fourth.
VIEW RESULTS
HANOVER, N.H. – The Wildcats won two events as the University of New Hampshire women's track and field team placed fourth in a quad meet at Leverone Field House with 102 points. Dartmouth was first (186 points), Vermont was second (173 points) and Maine was third (116 points).
UNH swept the one mile as senior Nicole Yeomans (Foxborough, Mass.) placed first (4:57.58), sophomore Silvia Caddell (Salem, N.H.) was second (5:08.85) and sophomore Emma York (Penacook, N.H.) finished third (5:17.44).
Junior Cailey Archer (Berthoud, Colo.) took first in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.43 and sophomore Hannah Langstaff (Windham, Maine) placed second with a time of 2:23.73.
Graduate student Jennika Mannesto (Concord, N.H.) was second in the 3000 meters with a time of 10:28.16.
Freshman Kaitlin Lennox (Hampton Falls, N.H.) earned a second-place finish in the 500 meters with a time of 1:24.85.
Sophomore Madison Hoppler (Durham, N.H.) was fourth in the 1000 meters at 3:15.62.
Senior Lauren Quann (Pictou, Nova Scotia) was third in the high jump with a height of 5' 3".
Senior Saige Tudisco (Haverhill, Mass.) placed fourth in the long jump (16' 51/4), while senior Sarah Williams (Dover, N.H.) was fourth in the weight throw (53' 01/4)
The Wildcats will return to action at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational at Mackal Field House in Kingston, R.I. on Saturday, Jan. 15.
