Men's Cross Country Places Twelfth At The CCSU Mini Meet

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. – The University of New Hampshire men's cross country team placed 12th (324 points) in the 5k race at the Central Connecticut State University Mini Meet Friday afternoon at Stanley Park.
The race consisted of 19 institutions and 123 runners.
Sophomore Mitchell Dutton (Salem, N.H.) claimed a 46th place finish (15:45). Senior Joseph Jourdain (Hudson, N.H.) finished 61stth crossing with a time of 15 minutes, 53 seconds.
Junior Luke Miller (Birdsboro, Pa.) placed 69th as he ran the course with a time of 16:01 while Joseph Verro (Saratoga, N.Y.) was right be him by five seconds as he finished 73rd overall.
Following the CCSU Mini Meet, UNH is back in action on Saturday, Nov. 1 traveling to Orono, Maine to compete in the America East Meet on the campus of Maine with a TBA.
