Wildcats finish in 27th place in men's 10K at Hopkinton State Fairgounds

HOPKINTON, N.H. – Senior Zachary Hooper (Concord, N.H.) registered a team-best time of 31 minutes, 10.2 seconds in Friday's 10K, and the UNH men's cross country finished 27^th in the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Northeast Regional Championships at the Hopkinton State Fairgrounds.

Hooper earned 99 points by virtue of his 99^th-place result. Senior John Murphy (Deerfield, N.H.) tallied a time of 31:19.8 for 113^th place (111 points), and junior Julian Rime (New City, N.Y.) crossed the line in 32:00.6 (163^rd place). All the UNH individual scores are below.

Syracuse won the race with 32 points, followed by Iona (95). The Orange and the Gaels advance to the NCAA Championships on Nov. 22 in Columbia, Mo.
