Before UNH
- 2022 graduate of Bill Crothers Secondary School
- In the fall 2021 season, played varsity field hockey for both the York Region Athletic Association and the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association
- Although she was unable to compete in sports during her junior year because of COVID-19, she still made the Honor Roll, just as she did her freshman and sophomore years
- As a freshman and sophomore at Pickering High School, led her team to the varsity field hockey championships, where they won the Lake Ontario Secondary School Athletics and OFSAA championships
- Won varsity field hockey MVP Award and Athlete of the Year during both her freshman (2018) and sophomore (2019) years
- Was a member of the Canadian Field Hockey Next Gen Program and the Canadian Women's Indoor Field Hockey National Team
- Also a Pan American Cup silver medalist in June 2021
- Was previously a team captain for U15 Field Hockey Ontario Central; she was a provincial silver medalist and named to the All-Star Team at Nationals
- Played club with the Dolphins Field Hockey team
- Lettered in ice hockey, soccer and cross country at her high schools
