Emma Reaves wins two events
RESULTS
DURHAM, N.H. – Freshman Emma Reaves (Westminster, Md.) won two events as the Wildcats took 10 of 19 overall events to place first at the Jim Boulanger Invitational at the Reggie Atkins Track and Field Facility at Wildcat Stadium on Senior Day.
"Despite some cold and wet weather, we had a great day today at the second annual Jim Boulanger Invitational," said Anna Magle-Haberek, Director of Cross Country / Track & Field. "It was great to see so many alumni come back and run in the alumni mile as well as stay to cheer on our team. Being able to honor our seniors was also wonderful today. We had quite a few individual champions as well as tremendous performances and individual PRs. We were happy to bring home a win for both the men and women. We are looking forward to a busy week next week travelling to meets on four days and really getting into our outdoor season."
Reaves captured first place in the discus throw (148 '8") and shot put (42' 5.5").
Senior Makena Lee (Northwood, N.H.) took first in the pole vault (11' 7.75") and freshman Sarah Moore (Lisbon, Maine) won the long jump (20' 1.75").
